Colette (she/her) is a Métis woman, therapist, and passionate advocate for family healing. Her work is rooted in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and attachment-based practices, with a strong emphasis on relational and emotional well-being. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Indigenous Studies from the University of Manitoba and is currently completing her Master of Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Winnipeg.
Her passion lies in fostering connection, emotional safety, and self-discovery for those she works with—especially individuals navigating complex relationships, identity exploration, and healing from trauma. Whether supporting individuals, families, youth or children, Colette holds space with curiosity and warmth, always seeking to understand the broader systems that shape each person’s lived experience.
“If we dig deep enough, we will always find more to connect us as human beings than divide us.”
